We use air pumps and spore traps to collect samples. Usually, the pump runs for 5 to 10 minutes at each selected area to give the trap enough time to collect spores. Multiple samples may be collected from a single location to remove any errors.
These carefully collected samples, along with a control sample, are sent to a state-licensed laboratory. After proper testing, the lab shares the results, which are added to a detailed report.
