Bacteria Water Testing

Once we’ve made contact with you we will ask a few questions and schedule a technician to come to your home to conduct the test. The technician will ask about the water source, recent flooding, plumbing issues, and any changes in smell, taste, or color to ensure that the sampling is thorough and addresses your specific concerns.

Once scheduled we can meet you at your home to take samples, ask questions about the suspected problem, and do a visual analysis of the lines and their surrounding environments. We take samples from different spots like taps and sinks, using sterilized containers to avoid contamination.

We then send the samples off for laboratory analysis to determine whether your water is safe to drink or not. We also give you a comprehensive analysis of all our findings so you can be more informed about the best way to go about correcting (any) issues to get you the peace of mind that your water is safe to consume.
